Marcia Mandepora Chundary

is Guaraní, a sociologist, and holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Bilingual Education. She was the Rector of the Guaraní Indigenous University "Apiaguaiki Tüpa" and the Director of the Foundation for Education in Contexts of Multilingualism and Plurality.
