Fredy Villagomez

is Director of the Centre for Andean Communication and Development (CENDA) and holds a degree in Sociology from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón (UMSS). He is also a former Director of the Centre for Research and Promotion of the Peasantry (CIPCA) and has extensive experience in Indigenous autonomies, territorial governance, intercultural community democracy, direct representation and the right to free, prior and informed consultation.
